Spelt
Spelt is the oldest known variety of cereal. It contains a lot of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and a lot of vitamins(vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamins of the B group), a lot of micronutritients such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, copper selenium, etc. Due to large proportion of fiber, it has extremely beneficial effect od digestion.
