On Saturday 15 October 2016, in Dugo Selo was held an international cultural and gastronomic manifestation called "Traditional food from Dugo Selo".
Flour from cereal crops and corn, was, and still is, one of the basic ingredients for cooking.
Promoters from Bc Institute Sanja Smrček Horčička, Ana Gaiger and Emica Brkić presented wide range of products that Bc Institute provides to the customers.
Visitors could see Bc hybrids, as well as different varieties of grains of wheat, oats, barley, triticale and also only Croatian varieties of spelt.
